Youth and Adult Automotive Training Centers

Genuine Ford Training opportunities for “at-risk” youth and adults.
The YAATC program recruits at-risk or disadvantaged youth and adults 18 and older. The program provides basic automotive skills as well as life skills training. Students receive hands-on experience in the garage and under the hood from experienced ASE Certified instructors.

YAATC produces entry-level technicians with skills in the following areas:

• Brakes
• Steering and Suspension
• Electrical
• Climate Control

Graduates can receive up to 25% of the Ford Motor Company STST credentials.
There are 10 YAATC locations in select areas across the country.
